We are a UK business and are set up for delivery within the UK only. In some circumstances we can deliver to other countries, please contact us prior to ordering for a delivery quote. We charge a standard rate of £3.95 per order within the UK. We aim to post your items within 48 hours of receiving your order, most often the next day following order. Your order should be with you within 2-3 days of posting depending on the method of dispatch used (size-dependent). If an item is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Services as soon as possible using the ‘contact us’ form on this website or telephone us on 0870 977 0026 for advice.

We are so confident that you will love our items that if for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, babybubble.biz offer you the option of returning the items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused and in resaleable condition. We cannot refund the original postage charge and if you opt for an exchange, the standard postage charge of £3.95 will be made for posting the exchange item.

When making returns, you are responsible for postage and it is important that you always get a Certificate of Posting (free) from the Post Office or make returns by Recorded Delivery as we cannot refund or exchange on items that we do not receive. We do not offer a free returns service.

We cannot refund or exchange personalised items, toiletries or books.

We accept payments through Nochex Online Payment Services. You can pay using the following cards; Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Maestro. You do not need to have a Nochex account to make payment.
